Sandra Black (1950- ) is currently based in Fremantle, WA. She completed an Associateship in Art Teaching at the Western Australian Institute of Technology (now Curtin University) from 1969-1975, while working as a secondary teacher. Since then, she has taught in a range of higher education institutions, while also working and exhibiting as a production potter, specialising in porcelain. Black marks her work with an incised 'S. Black' or 'Sandra Black'.
