Wayne Coulter is a Victorian potter active in the 1980s at Buninyong, near Ballarat. He also spent time as the resident potter at the Willaura Hotel Gallery near Ararat, His work, which is marked with an impressed 'Wayne Coulter Buninyong' or 'Coulter' painted in oxide, features classical forms with sinuous hand-painted gum leaf decoration.
