Coffee set in a grey-green sgraffito design comprising a coffee pot, six demitasse cups and saucers, creamer and lidded sugar bowl.

The coffee pot is incised 'MDK 240', the jug 'MDK 261' and the cups 'MDK', dating the set to the mid to late 1950s.

'MDK' is an early mark used by Milda and Dasa Kratochvil as a personal signature making this set quite rare compared to those marked 'Ellis' and decorated in the harvest design.

All pieces are in very good, almost as new, condition.
