Sugar bowl of conical shape with pedestal base and domed lid, ribbed and painted blue inside and in horizontal stripes on the outside in shades of black, green, yellow, blue and red.
Incised on base 'Fiona Howes' and dating from the 1990s.
15 cm high and 12.5 cm in diameter.
In good condition.
